01Which areas do you serve?

Allentown, Bethlehem and the wider Lehigh Valley, plus Reading, Wyomissing and Berks County. If you are nearby and not sure, call and ask about your address.

02Will I get a written estimate before work starts?

Yes. After we see the space and talk through the options, you receive a written proposal with the work, the price and the next steps before you decide.

03Are you a registered Pennsylvania contractor?

Yes. RHI Pros (RHI Solutions LLC) is registered under PA HIC #PA185945. Ask for the current certificate of insurance when you review your proposal.

04Do you repair fire and water damage?

Yes. We rebuild damaged rooms, including drywall, flooring, trim and finishes, once any specialist drying or cleanup is done. We document the damage with photos and a detailed repair estimate for your claim. RHI Pros is a contractor, not a public adjuster, and does not negotiate claims on your behalf.

05Can I see examples of your work?

06Do you offer financing?

Ask about financing when you review your proposal. Subject to lender approval. Terms vary.
